Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Contract Cleaner in the Northern Beaches area?

Clean Green Strata is seeking experienced cleaners to undertake on-site cleaning activities. To be successful, you must have:

- Previous cleaning experience in strata, commercial or domestic environments
- Own cleaning equipment: backpack vacuum and commercial cleaning products
- ABN registration
- Public liability insurance
- Be a sole trader, partnership or company with a team of 3 employees or less
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

The ideal candidate will possess an uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work health and safety.

This is a subcontract position working in the Northern Beaches area. The rate of pay is between $28 and $33 per hour plus GST, depending on experience.
