Delivering exceptional clinical services as an experienced Occupational Therapist is a key aspect of this leadership role. You will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant's needs
  • Collaborate with junior staff members and students
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working in the disability sector and possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience delivering person-centered Occupational Therapy services
  • Demonstrated at least 3 years of clinical OT experience in community, rehabilitation, and/or pediatrics
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle
  • The ability to work independently
