Primary Teaching Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated primary teacher to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position commencing in Term 1, 2026. As a primary teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students from Kindergarten to Year 6 in a small community-oriented school with a strong focus on social and emotional development.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being
  • Develop and implement engaging literacy and numeracy programs that cater to diverse student needs
  • Cultivate a growth mindset and high expectations in students, while nurturing their social and emotional development
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
  • An eligible teacher registration and a valid Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
