Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Demolition business unit, responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. As a key member of our team, you will provide project leadership, contract management, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and minimize risk on projects
  • Collaborate with Site Supervisor and Site Engineer for project programming and resourcing
  • Manage contracts and negotiate variations
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement site-specific management plans and methodologies
  • Lead and mentor Site Engineers
  • Prepare and submit claims and tax invoices
  • Oversee project procurements and cost tracking
  • Ensure WHSEQ compliance on site
  • Provide monthly project reports to the Divisional Manager
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Project, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in contracts administration and negotiations
  • Bachelor of civil/structural engineering or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar
