Job Title:

A vehicle service technician is required to deliver exceptional service experiences to customers while meeting the needs of various electric vehicle models.

This is a hands-on technical role that involves working on world-leading electric vehicle technology, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of electric vehicles.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to drive maximum service efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of procedures and products.
  • Participate in a collaborative environment with a respectful attitude.
  • Operate top-of-the-line tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs.
  • Inspect and maintain service equipment as needed.
  • Prioritize smooth delivery of products to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified motor mechanic or registered vehicle technician.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a fully qualified motor mechanic or technician.
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Experience using diagnostic scan tools and following diagnostic scopes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and knowledge of EVs or hybrid vehicles are desirable.
