Critical Leadership Role

This critical leadership role based in Perth will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the business across multiple national locations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the Australian P&L, including revenue, sales and operations.

Create a vision and roll out a business plan to take the organisation into the next phase of their operations as they navigate the post-acquisition market.

Leading a range of operational excellence initiatives such as sales, HR, finance, culture, process and customer engagement with a view to continually improving current operations.

Lead the integration of current and future acquisition activities with a focus on culture, attraction & retention of talent as well as business continuity.

Identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities within the existing customer base as well as exploring new markets.

Deliver a rolling business plan with a focus on sales, customer service, safety, collaboration and culture with a view to combining business growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Leadership Requirements

The successful applicant will be a leader who is energised by working in an environment that requires ongoing transformation across commercial, operational and people-based pillars.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution or fabrication with the ability to deliver strategic industry advancements.

A degree qualification in a discipline such as commerce, engineering or finance with an extensive commercial skill set is desirable.
