Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the specification and installation of window treatments, window furnishings, soft furnishings, solar shading systems, and automated building control systems.
Key Tasks:
- Visit architects and designers to specify window treatment solutions for large-scale commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed specifications for clients and stakeholders.
- Follow project opportunities from specification through to sales and estimation.
- Review and record sale opportunities and tenders in a CRM system.
- Meet deadlines for submission of quotes and tenders.
- Follow up on sales opportunities to close deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales and specification, preferably in window treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A high level of self-management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
