We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. This role delivers evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
About the Role:- This key position contributes to promoting independence and restoring functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physiotherapy care to aged care clients within the community.
- Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualized programs for clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress.
- A Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration.
- Proven ability to assess and develop physiotherapy programs for aged care clients.
- Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services.
- Thorough knowledge of health and well-being frameworks.
- Demonstrated capability to operate effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Exceptional communication and computer literacy skills.
