Neurology Specialist

The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Neurology Specialist to join our team at this NSW Health Service. The role involves participating in General Neurology Department activities, including General Neurology and acute and subacute Stroke clinical duties, as well as some participation in the on-call roster and care for both Acute Stroke/stroke and General Neurology presentations.
Advanced Trainees that are expected to receive FRACP within 3-6 months may be considered for this role.

Essential Criteria
- Specialist registration or eligible for specialist registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Neurology and/or equivalent and specialist recognition and further training qualifications in Stroke including research.
