About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Fruit and Veg Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Fresh Foods team, you will play a critical role in delivering a consistently good offer on our Fresh range to enable the customer shopping need of fresh and convenient products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fruit and Veg Manager to lead, coach and support the Fruit and Veg Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction in the Fresh Foods department.
  • Work closely with the Fruit and Veg Team to ensure that all aspects of the Fresh Foods department are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
