We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist to lead our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) compliance efforts. In this critical role, you will oversee the development and implementation of robust risk management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of our AML/CTF program across all business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML/CTF regulations, risk management principles, and experience working with global payment networks.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks to mitigate AML/CTF risks
  • Provide subject matter expertise on AML/CTF regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with sales, second-line functions, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills on AML/CTF compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, law, or risk management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, risk management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of implementing successful risk management strategies and enhancing compliance programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
