About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced team of nurses and general practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and administer vaccines as required
  • Triage patients and prioritize emergency situations, ensuring timely and effective care
  • Assist general practitioners with minor procedures and coordinate patient clinical data
  • Provide wound care and removal of sutures, as well as health education and coaching to support patients in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
  • Proven experience in general practice or an acute setting, with a strong understanding of health assessment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a personable approach
