Aviation Procurement Specialist

The role involves supporting aviation procurement requirements by sourcing aircraft, engine maintenance and fleet AOG defects parts in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all procurement, including stock takes, are completed in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual, Civil Aviation Regulations and Aircraft or Engine Manufacturers Manuals.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all maintenance stakeholders and sub-contractors.

Additionally, you will be required to use electronic stores management programs (e.g. Aerotrack) and possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of practical experience in an aviation organisation and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
