The ClearSky Allied Health Graduate Program offers a hybrid work environment that fosters growth and development for upcoming or recent graduates. This 6-month program is designed to accelerate learning and development, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the allied health sector.

Your Role
  • You will participate in a comprehensive training program, including monthly clinical workshops, shadowing, and personal growth sessions.
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision, support from an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training will be provided to ensure your success.
  • You will work across various allied health sectors, including NDIS, Medicare, DVA, and Aged Care, in community or in-clinic settings.
  • Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team will be encouraged to deliver person-centred allied health services.
