Underground Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the smooth operation of our underground activities. This role requires a strong background in drilling, blasting, bogging, and development, with a focus on achieving shift targets while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations to meet production goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with mine plans.
  • Lead safety initiatives and conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with WHS regulations.
  • Manage infrastructure works, including maintenance and new installs underground.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Shift Supervisor Ticket.
  • At least 7 years' experience in underground mining operations.
  • Solid knowledge of operational procedures across all underground activities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
