Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant looking to diversify their experience or a Rehabilitation Consultant looking to take that next step in their career. As a Principal Consultant, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while being part of a dynamic and passionate team in Tasmania.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases, including developing and implementing plans for return to work and progress updates in consultation with key stakeholders.
- You will mentor and coach consultants to support their achievement of service delivery, customer service, and billable minimum thresholds.
- You will assist with the induction of new consultants and performance management processes.
- You will develop and maintain customer relationships, working closely with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- You will work across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
Requirements
- You must have a tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Discipline and full professional registration or accreditation.
- You should have previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation, with fabulous communication skills and compassion, kindness, and empathy towards clients and stakeholders.
- You must have well-developed time management skills and a current valid Driver's License with access to your own car and comprehensive insurance.
