We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fresh Convenience Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers have an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, faced, and rotated to meet customer needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
