Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
About the RoleThe Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the DC Leadership Team, overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring seamless execution of daily strategies to meet organizational goals.
This key position is responsible for supervising the warehouse floor, providing real-time feedback and coaching to team members, executing daily workload plans that meet business needs, and delivering best-in-class service to guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate the warehouse team to achieve optimal performance
- Implement efficient workflow processes and prioritize multiple tasks within a dynamic environment
- Communicate department updates to leadership, including daily staffing and workload information
- Provide coaching and performance management to associates, holding them accountable to department standards and managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop warehouse associates to ensure successful delivery of our culture, philosophy, and values
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Exceptional guest interaction, strong organizational, and time management skills
- Extensive knowledge in Merchandise Management Systems (MMS)
- Ability to coordinate workflow efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks within a changing environment
- Capability to lift 35lbs repeatedly
