We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Perth office as a Recruitment Specialist, however, we will also consider experienced recruitment consultants who have a background in our industry.

Role Overview:

We offer a competitive salary package and attractive commission structure, along with ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your recruitment skills. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in candidate generation, talent pooling, and ensuring compliance for CV presentation to our clients. This involves advertising, phone screening, conducting face-to-face interviews, and completing compliance checks, while supporting senior staff in filling open vacancies across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Utilize diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to source candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including interviews, reference checks, and skill evaluations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide continual support and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for efficient recruitment service delivery and effective lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build robust relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Willingness and ability to learn recruitment sales to sell live opportunities to candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Begin client relationships and lead generation for new business, meeting both current and prospective customers
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
