Position Overview

As a key player in this role, you will oversee projects focused on integrating customer procurement solutions, utilizing various systems such as SAP, ARIBA, Coupa, Oracle, and others. Collaborating closely with a team of Business Analysts, you will adopt a proactive approach to partner with stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of integrated EDI solutions.

Role Duration

This is a maximum term opportunity that will be based onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple EDI project timelines to achieve customer data integration goals.
  • Develop and outline project timelines in alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in daily operations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist with relevant testing activities to ensure project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on project activities to both direct and indirect stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in customer integration across various systems – including SAP, ARIBA, Coupa, and Oracle.
  • Experience with Punchout Integration is crucial.
  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder groups effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in leading and mentoring team members.
