Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Icon Group. This is a full-time permanent position based in Brisbane, Queensland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are released according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will lead the day-to-day activities of the release team and work closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure final products meet GMP standards
  • Manage the release team and prioritize tasks
  • Develop and implement quality objectives and individual career plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Science (required) and Pharmacy (desirable)
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in Australia (desirable but not required)
  • Previous experience working in quality in a regulated industry
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
