Arborist Consultant

Woods & Co. is partnering with a reputable Arborist contractor in the South-Eastern suburbs to fill a senior role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Arborist to join a fast-growing business with a strong focus on culture, safety, and high-level execution.
What We Offer- Competitive salary range: $90k-$100k + super + company car, phone, and laptop.
- Senior Consultant salary range: $100k-$110k + company car, phone, and laptop.
- A dynamic and professional work environment.
- Opportunities to work on safe, exciting, and well-maintained tier 1 projects across Victoria.
- Alignment with core business values to provide realistic tree management advice and achieve professional and cost-effective outcomes.
- Advise and consult on tree health and maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of service and communication with customers.
- Document activities efficiently and accurately for future reference and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of safety and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize job management software systems to provide best-case outcomes and transparency.
- Level 5 Arborist certification or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at an operational level in the arborist industry.
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance and usage in Arboricultural practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise with customers, clients, and internal team members.
- Full Driver's License, White Card, and Senior First Aid certification.
