Salary and BenefitsWe are offering a competitive salary package for this part-time General Practitioner position, including a private billing fee schedule with rates ranging from $80 to $160 per consultation. This opportunity also comes with a generous 65% share of the billable income, providing a stable and lucrative earning potential.
Job DescriptionAs a General Practitioner at Douglas Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and well-established team environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, conducting consultations, and developing treatment plans. We value our doctors' expertise and encourage them to take ownership of their patient load, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and care.
Our clinic is equipped with modern facilities and technology, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care without the burden of administrative tasks. We also offer additional services, including iron transfusions, occupational health, travel medicine, chronic disease management, and GP management plans, providing a comprehensive range of options for our patients.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess Specialist/Vocational Registration (FRACGP, FARGP, FACRRM, FRNZCGP or equivalent) with AHPRA and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
