We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team at the John Paul II Village in Klemzig.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our cherished residents by building confidence through engaging conversations, fostering connections to the world around them, and bringing joy, comfort, and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with residents through conversations and activities.
  • Support residents in their daily lives.
  • Help foster a sense of community among residents.
Volunteer Activities
  • Crafting and Art: Assist residents with painting, drawing, knitting, and more.
  • Social and Chat Groups: Facilitate lively discussions and foster a sense of community.
  • Gardening Groups: Help residents tend to their gardens, plant flowers and vegetables, or simply enjoy the outdoors.
  • Companionship: Spend one-on-one time with residents, enjoying activities like coffee chats or leisurely strolls.
  • Pet Visits: For animal lovers, help facilitate heartwarming encounters between residents and animals.
