Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the administration of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project goals and requirements.

You will work closely with experienced project Directors and Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers to deliver major projects while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts to ensure compliance with project goals and requirements.
  • Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
  • Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior CA role.
  • Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects.
  • Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiations.
