Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Cardiac Cath Lab team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing operational direction and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Manage human, financial, and material resources, ensuring the effective operation of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, driving continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
