Job Title: Administration Assistant - Melbourne CBD
">We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to support our Senior Executive Support Officer to the Director(s) and Project Delivery team in Melbourne CBD.
">The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and be able to provide high-quality support services. This is an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment with ample room for personal and professional growth.
">Key responsibilities include completing administrative tasks such as preparing and coordinating agendas, documents, and reports, managing invoices, coordinating correspondence, and arranging meetings for multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage general office administrative duties including records and document database management.
">This fixed-term position offers a salary range of $74,580 - $90,558 + superannuation with a hybrid working arrangement (mix of office and home/remote based working). The office location is in 121 Exhibition Street, and flexible working arrangements are also available.
">Required skills and qualifications:
">- Intermediate to advanced skill level in using Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Microsoft Teams)
">- Proficiency in using records management, financial, and procurement software programs
">- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
">- Experience in an administrative support position is highly desirable but not essential
">- Ability to prioritize and work independently, with confidence in assuming the duties of the Senior Executive Support Officer in their absence
