We are seeking a customer-centric individual who loves helping people. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing hearing screening checks and maintaining hearing aids (Full training provided)
  • Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support
  • Confirming/scheduling customer appointments through diary and inbox management
  • Sourcing external lead generation opportunities and rolling out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
  • Assisting clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
  • Providing administrative support to audiologists and the clinic

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hearing Screening and Maintenance: Perform hearing screening checks and maintain hearing aids to ensure customers receive the best possible care.
  2. Customer Support: Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support to meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Diary and Inbox Management: Confirm and schedule customer appointments through our diary and inbox management system.
  4. Lead Generation and Marketing: Source external lead generation opportunities and roll out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
  5. Reporting and Solution Follow-ups: Assist clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to audiologists and the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a face-to-face customer service or retail role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills and be tech-savvy
  • Sales experience with targets and KPIs preferred
  • Prior administration experience an advantage, however, full training will be provided
