Seasonal Customer Experience Team Members

We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to support our customer-facing services during the festive season.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our destinations, creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and enhance their experience
  • Welcome guests at the customer service desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information, and helpful solutions to improve the customer journey
  • Promote and sell our services

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Assist customers in a fast-paced environment with confidence

This is a seasonal role, offering a great opportunity to work on shifts based on business needs from September to February.
