Unlock Your Career Potential as an On-Campus Ambassador

This role offers the opportunity to engage primarily with overseas students, as well as domestic students and staff, in supporting both existing and potential customers. The ambassador will identify new sales opportunities while promoting Bupa's products to enhance the company's impact on customer health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Bupa products to generate revenue opportunities at partner institutions
  • Present at on-campus events such as orientations, kiosks, and health activations
  • Promote Bupa as a health provider within partner institutions and the broader education sector
  • Switch students to Bupa Overseas Student Health Cover from other providers
  • Upsell Bupa product suite to increase total sales revenue within key clients
  • Monitor and evaluate onsite activity performance and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student preferred
  • Previous sales experience and customer service delivery
  • Flexibility to work across campuses and varying schedules
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Australian health insurance industry and the overseas student market
