About Our Roles

We have a Building Inspector Cadetship available in our regional office, offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and embark on a career in certification.

As a cadet, you will undertake the UTS Open short course and commence study of an Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying to become a registered certifier, while also gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of a highly qualified team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Crown Certificates, and Building Code of Australia Reports
  • Carry out critical stage inspections
  • Provide building compliance advice to a wide range of clients
  • Investigate and resolve customer requests
  • Contribute to business improvement strategies
  • Represent our organisation at industry events, functions, and seminars as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for the construction industry and a desire to build a career in certification.

A trade background is advantageous but not essential.
