Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Case Manager to join our team in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of case managers, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to vulnerable families across remote communities.

About the Role

The Lead Case Manager will oversee the delivery of trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services. This includes:

  • Leading and managing the case management team to ensure effective service delivery
  • Collaborating with local stakeholders to enhance family support services
  • Providing hands-on support to teams in remote communities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in case management, child protection, family services, or family violence
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic approaches
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
