About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Production Worker to join our client based in Ingleburn. Our global specialist in energy management and automation has operations in over 100 countries, with a strong focus on circuit breakers, switches, and switch gears.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling, wiring and adaptation of various circuit breakers and other components;
  • Following customer specific schematics when assembling products;
  • Testing and troubleshooting assembled products;
  • Operating a variety of tools such as grinders, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pneumatic power tools and both analogue and digital multi-meters;
  • Picking and packing;
  • Receiving and dispatch of completed products;
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS and following all safety protocols and regulations;
  • Operating and maintaining material handling equipment such as electrical lifters, pallet jacks and trolley etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a production worker with electrical experience;
  • Assembly experience within a manufacturing environment;
  • The ability to use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and multi-meter testers;
  • Experience in wiring and soldering;
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn;
  • A valid driver's license with own reliable transport;
  • The ability to pass a National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes;
  • Willingness to work full-time hours and overtime.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus benefits including parking available onsite and opportunities for growth and development within your role.
