About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Nutrition and Food Services team at The Royal Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Allied Health Services, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical dietetics services and providing operational management and leadership of food services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables within the division
  • Ensure a high-performance culture focused on the hospital's vision and values
  • Manage and lead effectively within a large complex health service
  • Act as a resource to the hospital in all aspects of nutrition and food services

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for recognition as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian (Adv.APD)
  • Significant experience in clinical environments and human resource and budget management
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in acute health settings and proven ability to manage and lead effectively
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification in Management, Public Health, or related field preferred
