Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert HR guidance and support to our leadership teams, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

As a highly collaborative and results-driven individual, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong HR business partnering background and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent HR generalist skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Confidence in managing Employee Relations matters and negotiating agreements.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • The ability to think strategically, be tenacious, resilient, and outcome-focused.
