The role of a Rehabilitation Consultant is instrumental in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.
Your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in developing personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (ADLS). You will also work closely with stakeholders to identify potential return-to-work pathways and provide credible recommendations to drive desired outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Psychology, as well as appropriate registration with ASORC, AHPRA, or ESSA (discipline-specific). You will also need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
