Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment, inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach. As an Educational Leader, you will be part of a team that crafts enriching curriculums and environments that promote holistic child development.

The service provides high-quality education to children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play yards. The Story Park platform is used for communication with families, and there is a supportive Executive Service Manager and Service Administrator.

  • Develop and implement curriculums that promote holistic child development
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional outcomes for children and educators
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor in ECEC
  • Experience as Lead Educator or Educational Leader in childcare
  • Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach and excellent communication skills
