Our team is looking for a Financial Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's working capital, ensuring that billings, collections, and receipting are delivered in an efficient and timely manner to meet the firm's KPIs on a month-to-month basis.

They will also be responsible for ensuring the provision of accurate and compliant fund transfers into and out of the firm's trust account to mitigate against risk to the firm's trust account and client funds held therein.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in trust accounts in a law firm or professional service environment, excellent client service skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team.

Additionally, they will have attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines, and strong commercial acumen.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the firm's working capital, ensuring that billings, collections, and receipting are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
  2. Ensure the provision of accurate and compliant fund transfers into and out of the firm's trust account.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve the team's objectives.
  4. Provide excellent client service skills.
