About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a key member of our café staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages using precision brewing methods and latte art techniques
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu and be able to make recommendations to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a busy café environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee and tea, including preparation methods and presentation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues when needed
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
