About the Role

As a Mechanical Craftsman with Coffs Harbour City Council, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our water and wastewater facilities.

You will work closely with our experienced team to install, upgrade, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for fault-finding and assessing issues to safely complete projects.

Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and prioritise daily tasks for optimal resource allocation is also key to this role.

While relevant qualifications are preferred, we encourage applicants who have the right attitude, experience, and willingness to learn to apply.

This permanent position involves a rotating on-call roster.
