Hearth Support Services is a leading provider of Allied Health services, and we are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team.
We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we believe that our Speech Pathologists play a critical role in achieving this goal.
As a Speech Pathologist with Hearth Support Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults with complex communication needs.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements:
- Qualified Speech Pathologist with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology or recognised equivalent degree
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
- Employee Working with Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driving licence and car
