We are seeking a Pipelaying Labourer to join our team in Brisbane. This is a long-term and stable opportunity that offers ongoing career progression and great team culture.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work within pipelaying crews in the stormwater and sewer network, operating vehicles and/or equipment in line with safety requirements, entering confined spaces in a safe manner to complete works (as and when required), adhering to work schedules and timelines to achieve team KPI's, and working closely with their crew and supervisor to ensure a safe work environment for all.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Civil labouring experience preferred - exposure to pipelaying advantageous;
  • A current drivers licence - HR or MR highly regarded;
  • A Construction White Card;
  • To be physically fit and energetic - able to pass a full pre-employment medical assessment;
  • Excavator or other construction tickets highly regarded but not essential.

We also require all applicants to have or be willing to receive Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Tetanus vaccinations, and pass drug and alcohol screening.

Please note that due to the nature of the work, candidates must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and enter confined spaces as required.
