About the Role

As a Graduate Software Developer, you'll take ownership of critical projects and work closely with traders and other developers to identify and solve problems. You'll have the chance to work on a range of exciting projects, including developing ultra-low latency exchange protocol encoders and decoders, fine-tuning automated trading strategies and pricing models, and building tools and systems that enable us to trade smoothly.

What We're Looking For
  • A final year university student or recent graduate studying a Computer Science, Software/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering, or similarly technical degree
  • An Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or able to provide evidence of full working rights
  • A keen problem solver with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow
