Senior Healthcare Provider role.

Aged care organization seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join their team across multiple locations on a full-time basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will provide high quality clinical care to residents in line with aged care standards while working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, and evaluating clinical decisions that guide care staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality clinical care to residents in accordance with aged care standards.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans.
  • Evaluate and determine clinical decisions to inform care staff.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support resident wellbeing.

About You
  • Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Immunisation record including COVID vaccination booster.
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours across all shifts.
  • Effective communication with residents, families and staff.
  • NDIS Worker Check or Police Check dependent on location.
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth.
