Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Security Relief Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at our retail sites in Penrith and Hornsby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide necessary support
  • Assess and respond to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs


Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:



  • A current Security License
  • A Control Room License (highly regarded)
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
