At Bis Industries, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to play a key role in managing our inventory and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and advance in a supportive and dynamic work environment. As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accuracy and security of all items.

About the Role:

  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing the physical movement of parts inventory within our warehouses, workshops, and for external customers.
  • Stocktaking: Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and material handling tools.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Bis policies, procedures, and WHSE legislation.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners to support operational requirements.
  • Documentation: Generate and manage shipment and dispatch documentation, and handle inventory records efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A valid Driver's License and Forklift License (HR/LF).
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations with familiarity in major ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or Oracle preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently while contributing to team goals.
