Lead Engineering Team for Ubuntu Optimisation

The role is a fast-paced, challenging and exciting position that requires technical leadership experience and a background in software engineering.

  • Manage relationships with key technology partners to ensure timely delivery on agreed project milestones.
  • Lead a team of distributed engineers to design and implement the best Ubuntu integration for IoT and server-class hardware platforms and software stacks.
  • Develop your team through coaching, mentoring, leading by example, and feedback.
  • Oversee commercial engagements and support timely delivery on agreed project milestones.
  • Ensure strict quality and reliability standards.
  • Engage with other teams to align on product architecture and roadmaps.

This role requires expertise in Linux distributions, debian packaging, high-performance server-class hardware, and agile software development methodologies.
