About the Role

We are seeking a highly empathetic and organized individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care. The successful candidate will have experience working in an aged care environment and be able to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

About the Location

Young is a rural service centre with a population of over 10,500 people. It offers a range of amenities including shopping districts, sporting facilities, and educational institutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to delivering exceptional care to our elderly residents.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
  • Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
  • Provide a valid NDIS clearance check
  • Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders
