Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and registering guests, providing personalized service and support
  • Sharing insider knowledge on local attractions and experiences
  • Managing departmental paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Utilizing communication equipment to deliver exceptional service
  • Generating sales appointments for our sales centers and livestreams
  • Building rapport with guests to create a seamless experience
  • Collaborating with resort operations teams to ensure a high level of service
  • Clearly articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
  • Meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) is advantageous
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
