Lead Restaurant Team with Expertise and Passion

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, guiding the team during busy periods, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT THE RESTAURANT MANAGER WITH DAILY OPERATIONS, INCLUDING STAFF MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • LEAD THE TEAM DURING BUSY PERIODS, ENSURING THAT WE MEET OUR HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND SERVICE.
  • ASSIST WITH STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT TO ENSURE THAT OUR TEAM IS WELL-ROUNDED AND EQUIPPED TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING.
  • A BOLD AND ENTREPRENEURIAL APPROACH TO BUSINESS.
